How It Works
Forever is built around one principle: every ranking is earned through real reviews from real couples. From search to signed contract, here's how the platform works.
Your Journey
Filter by category, location, style, budget, and experience. Every vendor in the directory has been reviewed before listing. Search results are ranked by Forever Score — the only metric that reflects quality.
Every vendor carries a score out of 50, built from certified reviews submitted by couples who actually booked them. Five dimensions. Each out of 10. The number tells you, at a glance, how a vendor performs on the things that matter most.
Our team verifies every review against a confirmed booking before it counts. No anonymous submissions. No incentivised reviews. No review exchanges. What you read on a vendor's profile is exactly what happened.
Send an enquiry through Forever's built-in messaging system. Share your date, venue, headcount, and budget. Keep your conversation history in one place — no email chains, no searching for attachments.
When a vendor confirms your booking, Forever automatically generates a standard contract. The 3-stage payment schedule kicks in: 25% deposit to secure your date, 50% at 90 days before the wedding, 25% final payment at 14 days. Every payment goes through Stripe.
Your wedding dashboard tracks every vendor — their status, what's been paid, what's outstanding. Group chat connects you, your partner, and all your vendors so nothing falls through the cracks. After your wedding, leave a certified review that helps the next couple.
The Forever Score
Every Forever Score is calculated from certified reviews. Each review scores the vendor across five dimensions — out of 10 each. The Forever Score is the average across all certified reviews, giving a total out of 50.
A vendor with a 44.3 from 18 reviews is telling you something different from a vendor with a 49.1 from 2 reviews. The score and the review count together tell the full story.
The quality of what they delivered.
How responsive and clear they were.
Whether you felt safe in their hands.
Flexibility and responsiveness when needed.
Whether the experience matched the price.
Certified Reviews
The word is everywhere. On Forever, it means something specific.
A couple books a vendor through Forever. The booking is logged in the system with a unique contract reference.
After the wedding date passes, Forever sends a review request to the couple — linked to their specific booking.
The couple rates the vendor across five dimensions and leaves a written review. The review is tied to the booking ID.
Our team checks the review against the booking record. Only once verified does it count toward the vendor's Forever Score.

This is in addition to your normal consumer rights under UK law. You always have legal recourse. The Client Assurance Programme provides a structured route before things need to go that far.
